As well as considering whether to invest in some shares I have also been sondering whether to buy some premium bonds. These are a gamble, as you get no interest but you can win money each month. the good thing is the low risk - you can get your money back whenever you want, however if you win nothing it loses value as inflation increases. I like this option over the lottery as you will not lose your stake but I am not sure how the odds compare.
