Becoming Healthier

I have not been very healthy lately. I have been eating a lot of things that are not good for me. However, this week I have decided to start being sensible again. I am not sure why I allowed myself to put weight back on after I worked so hard to take it off, but it seems very easy to do! However, I am pleased with what I am doing and by myself too. I know that many people turn to things like sensa weight loss but I find that once my head is ready for weight loss, I can do it myself, as long as I write down what I have eaten in the day and make sure I stick to a calorie allowance.
