Throw Away Society

It makes me sad when I see people replacing things in their home so quickly after buying them. Things are made a lot more cheaply these days and they can break easily. This means that although they are more affordable, they are having to be replaced more quickly and this is a complete waste of money. It seems common sense to pay more money for better quality and then get things repaired rather than replacing them if they get damaged. For example why not get a leather couch repair done, rather than just buying a brand new one? It makes a lot more sense, saves a lot of money and saves waste. It is something worth thinking hard about, before spending lots more money on a new one.
