New Book!

I have just completed a new book. it was quite difficult to write, but I am hoping that my slow carb meal planner, will appeal to those who are trying to lose weight by cutting carbohydrates out of their diet. It will be interesting to see how well it sells. My recipe books do seem to be some of my best sellers, so I am hoping that this one will do well as well.
